Account and Data Deletion Request

At Sahua, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and personal data.

If you would like to delete your Sahua account, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Sahua account:

  1. Open the Sahua application.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Account Management.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your deletion request.

If you cannot access the application, you can submit a deletion request by contacting us:

Please include:

  • Your Sahua account ID or registered email.
  • The reason for your deletion request (optional).

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we will delete:

  • Your Sahua account information.
  • Profile information.
  • User-generated content associated with your account.
  • Login-related account information.
  • Communication records stored within Sahua services, where applicable.

Data Retention

Some information may be retained when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or financial record requirements.

Any retained data will only be stored for the necessary period and securely protected.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification.

After deletion is completed, your account and associated data cannot be restored.
